Ok, I do not have the classic textbook symptoms of bipolar, but I do question if I have it. Below are the reasons why.
1.) I procrasstonate
2.) I sometimes go a couple days without taking a shower.
3.) I become "obsessed" with finding a craft that I can sell to make money on Ebay or online. Flooded with ideas, but nothing thats really original that stands out that will make a profit.
4.) I often find excuses not to go to work.
5.) I dont ever feel "sad", but I do feel angry with myself that I'm slacking too much. I feel the anger for only a moment (like a second or two), and then it passes.
4.) I know I've got to pull my life together, but just can't KEEP the ambition to do so.

Do you have any close, related family diagnosed with bipolar, schizophrenia, or recurring major depression? Bipolar occurs in 1-2% of people and almost all have at least one relative with one of these three illnesses. What you describe does not really sound bipolar, and if you have no family with it, I'd say the odds of that being your problem is next to nil. Also, bipolar includes major depression and major racing thoughts for three weeks or longer amoung other things. Procrastination and avoiding are not traits.

You need to see a qualified professional like your doc or shrink to get a real diagnosis. Bipolar looks like a lot of things and is very serious if it is left untreated. It is very treatable with meds to deal with the biochemical aspects and therapy to help you to understand your triggers and coping strategies for times when you're unwell.
A few of these do sound like my hypomanic symptoms when I become the life of the party... I get really creative but cannot concentrate or commit to ideas for very long and the get very very irritable and frustrated at my lack of drive or direction. Also I get really distracted and simply forget to shower or brush my hair every few days. I also spend money like mad on other people.
I have bipolar 2 which is the kind without the classic psychotic delusions.

weather its bipolar or not is up to a shrink to tell ya but it is definitely in my opinion a classic case of self diagnosis
or perhaps you are in a 12 steps program doing a personally inventory it sounds healthy to me
i have read that solution to any problem is 1/2 solved once the problem is identified you appear to be 1/2 there if this is the problem and you are able to outline it so nicely
keep up the good work

Does not sound like bipolar to me ...does sound like you need direction as to what to do with your life...and a kick in the kister to get you going...
You need to stop looking for a "Label" or diagnosis
(I know it's the "in" thing right now everyone wants to have issues that a doc or head doc has to diagnose and you get your happy pill...little do you realize that employers don't want labeled head cases working for them so it's may seem cool now but it really isn't in the long run)
and get yourself motivated ...get up each morning and force yourself into a good mood and give yourself a pep talk montra...
I am going to have a great day today...and keep telling yourself this over and over all day long and soon you will have a great day and do well with your life..
POWER OF POSITIVE THINKING Will take you to great sucess in your life.

Nope, just sounds like you're lazy! (Like me!!). Bipolar is an emotional extreme. Where you are extremely happy with joy about the smallest things in life and then one thing that disappoints you make you see the world as the enemy and life is just unbearable.

Please don't be offended by this but do you smoke cannabis? I have known people who smoke cannabis that are affected the way you describe and who diagnose themselves with a mental illness! They always deny cannabis is causing them harm and say that it helps them to cope. Ask your GP to refer you to a psychiatrist.
