I just wanted know if there were some exercise tips I could use to strengthen my knee. I already lost 30 pounds and happy with how I look but I want to tone up and lose about 20 more pounds for my sisters wedding, I'm going to be a bridesmaid in May. So I have plenty of time to accomplish my goal. I alternate my workout with the treadmill for 30 mins and plan to do it twice a day, and cardio. I alternate the two. I just want to know some tips or to see if I’m doing well already with what I’m doing.
Oh I’m 20, 5’5, 155 pounds (I can’t believe I wrote down my weight)
