YES. In my world, it is not God that is making these things such as 'no sinning' a rule, but rather the people, that include it into the Bible, Koran, Tanakh, etc. to try and rule their own country/race. How dumb. >.< If God in fact created us to be perfect, then why are there flaws that come with our minds? It's not hard to distinguish good from bad nowadays. However, we gotta remember that the laws and such were created by human beings ourselves, and guidelines + education sprang from our minds and not from a God that once walked on earth but then suddenly abandoned us or has hidden himself or so.
Does it actually make sense to you fellow believers to actually scold at a poor child or other human beings for 'sinning' when one, for instance, actually believe in an omniscient, omnipotent and omnipresent God? If this supreme being in your belief actually knew about the 'consequences' which mankind would repeat (sin) and look into the future (omniscient, omnipresent) why then, does he create you?
I am not saying my opinion is right, but please consider that in your head.
My opinion is simply that, God doesn't judge his own people but rather his people would criticize each other, one another. It tends to be in our nature to be judgemental and a cycle of life to make mistakes.

Yes! As long as we are humans we will never be perfect and God knows this. But thru Him we can get forgiveness when we give our lives to Him in Salvation. Which by the way isn't a free ticket to sin, it just means we are forgiven but our relationship will be broken until we confess and repent. God loves us despite any faults we have!

Can you rephrase the additional statement under your question? The answer to your question is that: yes, we do continue to sin because we are human. Like I said in a previous post, you don't have to teach children to be bad, they already know how to do that. We are in a way the same as children. Living by God's word helps us cut down on making mistakes because when we are dependant on Him we can do better than when we are dependant on our own strength!

Cause the Bible was written by a man and anything God has ever said was probably messed up like in the telephone game.

Yes, as long as you are of the flesh, you will sin and make mistakes. It all stops the day you die.

He does know it. That's why He gives us His grace through the sacraments, to strenghthen us against temptation. That's why He instituted the holy sacrament of Reconciliation (Confession) to help us get back on our feet when we fall. Nothing worthwhile is possible without God's help, but with God all things are possible.
