Yes. The question about Mary and Joseph after the birth of Jesus has been debated for centuries, but for the first 16-17 centuries all Christians agreed that they in fact lived celibately, and this interpretation is easily in accord with the biblical text.

Jesus - yes.

Mary - no/Joseph - no (they had other children).

Catholics will tell you otherwise (that Mary was a virgin for life) but they are mistaken.
