Chicken is healthy, never heard of eating to much chicken can be bad for you. Just know that the white meat is healthier. Go on line and check out some other ways you can eat your chicken.
Try grilling it and then chop it into square peaces, get some Romain lettuce wash it cut the tip off only and slice down the middle at two different angles then cut it down, tomatoes shopped or cherry ones which ever you prefer, purple onion cut in half and cut thin slices, add it all into a container add your favorite salad dressing shake it up and serve. Hope you enjoy your Oceansun salad.

as long as you are eating only the white meat and no skin, then it is a healthier choice than beef or pork. Even better is fish, deep cold water fish from the ocean.

chicken is definetly good. there is a lot of protein and its very low in fat (depends how you cook it.)

bake it or simply boil it and its both delicious and nutritious!
