I suggest using Gimp, it's free and has MANY options...you can even download addons for it to increase its functionality:

Try GIMP. It's the best open source one around.

bittorrent... get a client, then look for the one you want. This CAN be illegal if you don't own the software, so I suggest if you like it, go buy it.
