I'm 14.
I have rigorous soccer pratice three times a week for two hours. In addition, I have pe for 4 hours every week. We run atleast 2 km per class for pe, and atleast 5 km per soccer pratice.
I currently weight 115.
My weight has gone up and down since the beginning of soccer.
When I started, I was about 110 pounds, then I dropped to 100. Then I went to 100 [muscle weight] and now I'm at a steady 115.
Please answer honestly :D
Dont answer if you are like naturally twig skinny, I'm sorry but that doesn't apply to me. I'm pretty fit but I'm not uber thin. :)
I really prefer answers from someone who has a little more knowledge, but everyone is welcome please :]

I wish I weighed 115. You sound very healthy and with as much athletic activity you're doing I wouldn't worry about it. And with the weigh fluctuations I wouldn't worry either, you're still young.

If your around 5' 3 or so your at a perfect weight. If you notice the change in your weight drop dramatically have your parent/s take you to get a physical. But surly you've had one done since your playing soccer. All the activities you've mention will keep you fit. Just make sure your drinking plenty of fluids and eating healthy meals.

You're fine. If you're fit don't worry about it. Look up your Body Mass Index, BMI, this is how doctors, nutritionist, rate your weight to height ratio.
To me, it sounds like you take care of yourself, don't start worrying about what you already take care of. Keep up the good work!

what matters is your percetage of body fat ,not what you weight
your an athlete so in the begining your lost fat so your weight went down but after working out as you did you gained muscle weight which is good

well im 15 now but i weighed 95 pounds latst year...but i was only 5'2". It is all about your height and whether you are eating healthy and recieving proper exercise...and i see you are definately getting alot of exercise

it also depends on height and bone structure. use this site to help you find out what's right for you. (I'm not even close to thin, but I'm healthy.)

7 - 9 stone i dont know, you will be quite heavy cos yah muscles
