I'm 14.
I have rigorous soccer pratice three times a week for two hours. In addition, I have pe for 4 hours every week. We run atleast 2 km per class for pe, and atleast 5 km per soccer pratice.
I currently weight 115.
My weight has gone up and down since the beginning of soccer.
When I started, I was about 110 pounds, then I dropped to 100. Then I went to 100 [muscle weight] and now I'm at a steady 115.
Please answer honestly :D
Dont answer if you are like naturally twig skinny, I'm sorry but that doesn't apply to me. I'm pretty fit but I'm not uber thin. :)
I really prefer answers from someone who has a little more knowledge, but everyone is welcome please :]
