My son always says "pickles ARE a vegetable mom", does this really count toward a vegetable serving?

They're just pickled cucumbers so I would say so.

They are really just marinated cucumbers, so I would vote yes!

No, Because most of the vitamins in them are taken out of them because they're canned. (they are no longer fresh).
