Can you translate "I can't eat foods containing wheat or dairy. They make me very sick." And for extra credit, and my appreciation, how about the words "gluten" and "casein"? These are specific protiens I can't eat in the wheat or dairy. Thanks! Going to Mexico and have to be armed with this important sentence!!

the average person doesn't have a clue what gluten and casein are....so you are on your own with that translation its probably .......Gluteno y Casin.

I'm Uruguayan and the accents and pronunciation is special among them .Argentinian and Uruguayan Spanish are very identical however Argentinian tone is special and a few special grammar ,I uncover it alright to talk to a Mexican however to anybody from Spain I haven't any concept learn how to appreciate what they are saying in any respect

the second answer by gaelicspawn sounds correct, the first and third sound a little weird....
(except instead of saying enfermo it should be ENFERMA. if you're a girl=] )
