Bad things just happen.
If you are a bad person and believed in karma, you would think that you deserved them. If you were a good person and believed, you would just assume that you were being tested.
If you did NOT believe, you would just handle whatever trials life puts in your way.

Yes and I have seen it work on others... I don't necessarily believe that it's divine or planned or has a conciousness to it I just believe that like anything there has to be balance. A person has positive and negative energy to give, when a person gives out negative energy the balance needs to be resored.. kinda like how lightning works.. they create a defecit of negative energy within themselves and thus they gain negative energy back to restore the balance. Its the same with positive energy, you give out positive energy and you create a void within yourself and so you atract positive energy to restore the balance. Thats what I believe anyway and from what I have seen in nature and in life it makes sense and it seems to hold true. Also those people you describe may step on the backs of others to get a luxury lifestyle but they are not happy they are filled with negative emotions and no matter how much wealth they have it can't make them feel better.

motive force Kama exists. Eg in case you don´t act with politeness to a motive force e.g. allowing them to bypass once you didn´t could in spite of the shown fact that it could have been intense-high quality which you had, that motive force is going to be annoyed and be nasty to different drivers all day. comparable factor with the clipping. If those drivers you clipped clip somebody´else afterwards, they´ll be much less probable to bypass away a word which will proceed in a vicious circle until something happens to you and the different motive force wouldn´t be very considerate to you. merely observed your avatar. Aren´t you slightly youthful to stress? No ask your self you´re clipping automobiles - I´m greatly surprised you will see that over the steerage wheel!

I was actually witness to it. When I was in middle school I had ance pretty bad. The kid who teased so much that I went home in tears almost every day came into school the next year with ance worse than mine. :) I figure that kind of thing happens all the time, I just don't always get to witness it.

Daily! If I'm rotten to someone, it sails right back. The more spiritually/mentally evolved you are, the faster it works.
It may not occur in this lifetime for many but it eventually does. Few realize those they harm here are in the same place they will be after physical death.

As I understand it, "karma" determines the status of your next rebirth. It's all about reincarnation.

The Bible says that "what we do to others will be done to us". This means good or bad things.
Yes, during my life time I have had a thing or two done to me what I did to or for someone else.
