Im around 280 now but its not so much fat. Ive been looking for a better way to eat bc exercise is no problem for me...i actually enjoy it....just the eating part is a problem bc idk where to begin. I know i should have my daily fruit an veggie intake as well as maybe some meat but, for snacks an such would things such as maybe pretzels or pickles be a good thing? I know they are high in sodium but if ate as a snack meaning...not alot ....would this help?

You want snacks that have a nice balance of carbohydrates (complex), fats and protein. This will keep you satiated longer so you won't overeat at mealtimes. A good choice is a piece of fruit and a handful of nuts. That way you are balancing the macronutrients as well as getting a healthy dose of vitamins and minerals, including Omega-3 fatty acids that most people don't get enough of.

this site will tell you how much of what foods to eat to get healthy. lowfat pretzels or dill pickles are good snacks, but watch your portion sizes. they do have sodium, so drink lots of water.
