eat 5 or 6 small meals a day so you don't have to go long between meals. you can eat the same things, just not together. drink water, too. sometimes you feel hungry, but are really thirsty. it's called "false hunger". drink a cup or more of water, then wait 10 minutes. if you still feel hungry, eat something sensible. if not, you were thirsty. eat more fiber to help you feel full longer. eating fiber at breakfast will help with the midafternoon slump and eating fiber at lunch will help with the evening munchies.

Make sure that the amount of exercise you do is much more than the time you spend eating! You need to take that hunger and use it to eat healthy, fresh foods such as fruit and veggies such as sliced carrots, etc.
Whatever you do, stay away from sweet things (puddings, cake etc) and white stuff such as bread, pasta, etc.

you may be eating out of stress or worry but if you cant control it only eat healthy foods so you don't gain too much weight or you should see if you are pregnant .

eat celery, there are virtually no calories in it at all!
