Im turning 18 in about a month. Theres a grl i like thats turning 16 about the same time. My buds are harassing me and telling me shes too young. Im not sure.

Should the two of you decide to "get physical," since there is only a 2 year difference, there *should* be no problem in the eyes of the lay, since in most US states, the age of consent is 16. There are, however, variations, with some states marking sexual activity with anyone under the age of 18 as criminal (hence the term "Jailbait"...). As for being dinged a child molester...you shouldn't have to worry too much about that. Especially if she's over 16 when (the two of) you start.
In any case, find-out if her *parents* have any issues, and if they do, keep the relationship platonic until after she graduates from High School.
Incidentally, on a semi-related issue...no nudie shots while she is a minor... Age of consent or no, a nude photo of a minor, depending on several issues, can be considered Child Porn...so, be safe and don't do it.

Hey if you like her and she likes you that's all that matters! Not only that it's been known that females mature faster than males, So it usually works a little better for the male to be a couple years older.

When she is 22 and you are 24 it wont be that way. If you like her then date her, dont let someone elses opinion dictate what you do with your life. But you are an adult now, do not take advantage of her. Be sensible.

Me and my boyfriend are two years apart. I met him when i was a sophmore and he was a junior we started talking and since then we been together. We have 4 years together. Maybe your friends are jelous that you might get her attention and start talking to her.
Just go for it if you really like her.

Well if you really like her then there shouldn't be anything stopping you, though you shouold be prepared about things cause she's probably less amture than you and might not want to have sex and might not be able to get into bars that you go into so, you have to consider it all.

well they should be telling you that you may end up in jail...cause you will be an adult and she is a minor....they can put you away for child molestation....so be careful..you don't want to spend 20 years in jail for tail.
