if you have 41 calories in 100 grams then you have 10.25 calories for each 25 grams.
simple addition says the answer is 51.25

the actual formula is a ratio
41:100 = x : 125
41 x 125 = 5125
5125/100= 51.25

41 / 100 = .41 calories per gram
25 * .41 = 10.25 calories in 25g
125 * .41 = 51.25 calories in 125g

Well, 25g is 1/4 of 100g. 1/4 of 41 is 10.25 so in 125g, there would be 61.25 calories.
