place hot towels or a moist heating pad to your neck and shoulders. Do this for twenty minutes several times a day. This will help loosen the muscles. If you can get a friend to massage you that would be a big benefit. Ask someone you know.

Hi,
a nice hot shower can help with stiffness. There is also a product called Thermacare on the market, it is really wonderful for sore joints and muscle aches. The heat lasts for hours. They sell them at the checkout at Walmart for about $2.50 .Also you could call the local massage therapy school, they do free massages for training purposes. Congratulations on the baby.I hope you feel better soon.
