We signed up for Dish network a few months prior. We had a contract, we were hooked up and everything seemed fine at first. The problem has been they keep asking us to pay but they've never sent us a bill. They've only called us like a collector and said you owe $X, pay up. It's way more than we agreed on. We'd be more than willing to pay but we'd like to see a bill first. We want to pay. i was wondering if anyone else has had experience like this with Dish Network?

We've called them so many times my head is spinning. Thye keep saying pay $X. Each time we ask them to please send us a bill. each time they treat uslike freeloaders. I feel guilty or not paying, I want to pay. I just want to see want I need to pay in writing.

you can get on their website and you should be able to view your bill. just keep calling and try to find out what the problem is. also ask to talk to a manager or costumer rep or something. they should be more that willing to try to get you happy. but if they don't you should contact a lawyer and have him try to find out what the problems is. but if this isn't resolved easily you probably should switch cable providers.

Also sounds like you billing address was not right. If you wnet through a 3rd party retailer or a local retailer they "push" the address through meaning somone may have had services at you address but instead of 123 main st it'd be pushed through as 123a mait st or 123 main st apt. 1.... make sure they had the right address. Then once you address is correct they can send out a bill, if services are still active. Also if services are not active you cannot see your account online. And if there was a contract you should restore services and THEN go online so you can see past bills if there are any disputes THEN call dish again, remember you should restore 1st

I haven't had that problem with them. Have you called them? 1-800-333-DISH Or you can look your bill up online. www.dishnetwork.com
You can see then what any additional charges might be. One possibility you signed up for a free movie package and didn't call to cancel it when the free trial period was over. If you don't specifically cancel, they let you keep the channels and start charging you for them.
