I see nothing wrong with it... I am 20 and dating a man 10 years older than me! You don't always have to date someone that is the same age as you, you should date someone you have things in common with. Age shouldn't matter.

I think the older you get the less age matters. Society tends to look down upon people such as a 14 year old dating a 19 year old ( at 5 year difference) but a 22 year old dating a 35 year old (13 year difference) seems less shocking.

Doesnt sound so bad to me. You are of age and can do what you want. Age only matters when you are talking a 40 year old with a 15 year old. There is a BIG difference there. But you are an adult, the both of you are, so if you are happy together, regardless of age, then there is no problem with that at all! :)

It's cool if you love each other!!! but like if it was a 14 year old dating a guy or girl 13 years older than him or her then that would clearly be wrong. So it all depends on the relationship and how old you are.

My soul mate and husband is 12 1/2 years older than me. I'm 33, he's 45. Age doesn't mean a thing. If he loves and respects you, that's all that should matter.

Does it really matter?
If your asking, just for fun, then you probably already know how alot of people would see it, but who cares. I married a man younger than me, and at first (in the early 90s) people were appalled. Now, it just seems like the thing to do.
So, if your both happy, who cares what other people think!

No, all that matters is the maturity aspect.
There is such a thing as chronological age and such a thing as being mature for one's age (or immature).
Sometimes people are attracted to one another for various reasons and only find out there is a huge age gap afterwards.
It certainly doesn't matter to Ashton Kushner or Demi Moore neither did it bother Prof Chris Barnard who married a woman 30 years his junior!

Thats how i see your relationship.

As long as you two are happy and share some common interests you should be find. I have no problem with you all, people closer in age have issues too. I think it just depends on the two individuals. Good luck, Stay Happy!!!
