They will ask you a range of questions such as, "what do you think you can bring to the team?" "What do you think makes good customer service?" And other questions about your goals or life like "name something difficult you had to overcome, and what you did to overcome it." or "name a situation when you had to step up and be a leader." Then depending on what department you're applying for, they may ask you to pretend to sell something like a warranty to them (or at least they did for me.) If they like you, they'll ask you to come in for a second interview with a higher manager, then if you get the job, you'll have to go somewhere to take a drug test.

Don't wear jeans EVER to any job interview unless it's at a bar or something. I wore a cute black skirt and nice button down white blouse and black pumps. It's way better to be overdressed than underdressed. Find something that looks somewhat professional, you'll do fine. It's a great place to work and I really enjoyed my time there. Good luck!!

Never ever go to an interview in jeans and a t-shirt. You have one chance to make a first impression....make it a good one. Save the fitted jeans and t's for after you got the job. Nice slacks and top....real shoes not sneakers.... be clean and be well groomed.

I would dress as they do in the store, plus a little bit better. Jeans are not to be worn to an interview, but dress or casual attire. You have to look like you can meet people and represent the company in a positive manner.

I may be "old school", but I don't think it is ever ok to wear jeans to a job interview. Even if the place you are applying to is casual. I think it is almost a sign of respect when you are dressed professionally. Good luck to you, hope you get the job!!!

Certainly dress reasonably nicely. No jacket and tie but certainly not T-shirt and jeans. Nice button down shirt and slacks or a skirt/nice shirt.

I did it about 6 years ago for computer sales, so they reviewed my background and computer skills. Depending on your position, there will be similar questions.
