Prime means primal, basic as in prime numbers, thus prime reality would be the "now" since the past is gone and the future has not happened yet. Reality exists outside perception, contrary to what many believe. Otherwise, those who are brain dead would not exist in reality. God started everything, a being outside time and space. God is the alpha and omega - beginning and ending of all things. Everyone has an "innate" sense of something greater than oneself outside oneself.
