Kimmy,
I put out a report daily on Iraq. War on Terror Blog http://blog.360.yahoo.com/blog-DfkctJU7dK5B7LcNROoyVQ--?cq=1
In today's I note we killed 2 terrorists and captured 41 including one with ties to the Quds Force of Iran and at least one foreigner from Al-Qaeda.
I don't like the answer on why the media refuses to report these successes.

u got it! the media rarely puts anything good about what's happening in iraq. i mean, come on, it just makes the dems look like the idiots they are--not all of them, just alot of them. they don't care about the troops, espically certain democrats who have been in the white house before. if it looks good for them, great, if not, forget it. When was the last time you saw something good about iraq in the media? if you asked that to someone in the service who has been over there i'm sure they could tell you that it's not all bad.

OJ is far more interesting & safer to cover. Ever since that ABC guy got hit, most of the news types would rather not get close to the action. They let locals and freelancers do the grunt work. Also since the surge is making things better, they have fewer explosions & other cool pics to show the network tv guy back in NY. First rule of news: If it bleeds, it leads......
Thus More OJ, More Britney, Less Baghdad.

I like you, you are probably right. Not good for the Democratic debates if good news comes out of Iraq. The Liberal media does control most of the news.

Ever since Bush became President, the elitist media have done
everything they can to make him look bad. The don't care if America loses the war against Islamo Fascism and we all die,
just as long as Bush looks bad.

You should try changing the station, reading a newspaper, reading internet news off the wires or independant webblogs.
There is plenty of news coming out of Iraq - it's just that Faux is not reporting on much of it.

You must not be looking. My reader is stuffed with Iraq news everyday, and that's with a minimum of effort. Can you show any statistical proof that coverage has actually declined?.
