I recently started going back to school but they are online classes so that i could take care of my son.....the only time i can do work is when he naps.....he will nap for between 15 min to 2 hours about 3 times a day.....does anyone have any suggestions on how i can do homework and keep busy with him so that he take less naps and falls asleep sooner?

At 8 months, they tend to still want to nap a lot. They need their sleep. But you can always wake him up after he's been sleeping for so long. Maybe let him nap for an hour instead of 2. Keep him active while he's awake. My 6 month old has been on a schedule from the get-go, as I learned the hard way after my first child. My first born didn't get into a routine and sleep much until he was about a year. With my infant, I bathe him at night around 8pm (wear him out during the day), feed him his bottle afterwards and lay him down in his crib by about 8:30. Even if he's awake. I made the mistake of always putting my oldest down only after he'd fallen asleep in my arms. With the baby, he'll play around in his crib for a few minutes and then falls asleep and he's out until morning. Good luck!

study at night. online classes are flexible. he should be napping twice a day not three at this age. once he is up around 2-3pm keep him busy and active until 7:30pm
