Could I be pregnant at 16 if I had my period?

Question

I had sex unprotected on Aug. 27 but my period ended on the 18th. I eat alot for my size and i snap all the time, i also have tendencies to be angry and cry all the time. I don't know and i can't get to a pregnancy test no time soon.

Depends on when you ovulate. It has nothing to do with your actual period. Every month your body prepares itself as if you will be getting pregnant. If you don't you have a period. You had better get yourself a pregnancy test right away. There's no excuse to say you can't get to one anytime soon. Most women ovulate about two weeks after their last period, and you have roughly 36 hours during ovulation to get pregnant. You stopped on the 18th, had sex on the 27th so that's only nine days, but you never know, get some medical advice now!!!

Yes of course you can be prenant at the age of 16. There are kids out there that are 13 and 14 that have gotten pregnant. Also You can still have a period and be pregnant. I had a period with both of my children. You can look at a few different signs, Was your period Shorter or Lighter? Are your beast tender? Morning sickness? Mood Swings? I know they have local places everywhere, where people can go and get free pregnacy test look in your phone book or online and find a local place that gives free pregnacy test. You really need to do this sooner than later because if you are pregnant and are having a period something may be wrong and you need to get checked. Also just a word of advice that if you arent pregnant and dont want to be make sure you use protection next time or get on some kind of birth control. I hope eveything works out and goodluck

you might be pregnant. some people continue to have a period when pregnant. when i was pregnant i didn't know till i was 6 weeks because my period had come on one last time before completely going off during my pregnancy. When i first found out i was pregnant i thought i was only 3 1/2 weeks. i didn't know until i was 16 weeks (during a sonogram) that i was really further along.
Since you don't know if you are or not yet take care of your body anyway. Eat healthy and don't hang around any kind of smoke and don't drink. Might want to even try to get some prenatal pills (even if your not pregnant there couple for hair skin and nail growth)

How heavy a flow was your period? Was it "normal" to you? There is a minimal chance you are pregnant, but still....a chance is a chance. I would try to get a pregnancy test. There are free clinics which offer them to you, no charge, and will not tell your parents. I doubt you are pregnant, but it is better to be sure. And for the record....in the nicest way possible...why are you having unprotected sex so young? If you do choose to do this, make sure it is with someone special that you completely trust. There are many more things out there even worse than pregnancy. HIV, STD's, Hepatitis. You should always use a condom, but if not...make sure you both are tested first. Best of luck!

You might be pregnant if you had an unprotected sex. However this is not 100% per sure but it is better to have a preg. test as soon as possible.

After the starting of MC any one can get preg.
