usually kids get infection on ear when they took head bath because of retaining of small water particle inside. to remove the water drops from inside ear we should not use ear buds for small children. we have to use small piece of soft cloth

While I not sure about the chiropracter being a solution to ear infections, Elioralmmanuel is headed in the right direction with the explination.
Things like swimmer's ear has to do with inflammation of the outer ear (the ear canal).
But usually when you are talking about ear infections in infants, it has to do with the middle ear (the part just behind the ear drum).
The middle ear is connected somewhat to the sinus cavities in your head via the eustachian tubes. These tubes allow air pressure to equalize on each side of your ear drum and allow fluids to drain from the middle ear.
Some infants are born with (for lack of a more scientific description) eustachian tubes that have not finished properly forming. When a child like this gets a sinus bug (like a runny nose or a cold) fluids quickly build in the middle ear. Germs that are naturally present can then quickly grow in this fluid leading to an ear infection.
One of the ways to relieve recurring ear infections of this sort is to put tubes in the ear. This is nothing more than poking a small hole in the ear drum and inserting a tube that holds this little hole open. This then allows a way for fluids to drain from behind the ear drum before they become infected. Within two years, the ear drum heals (pushing the tubes out) and hopefully the eustachian tubes have finished developing.
What Elioralmmanuel's chiropracter is likely doing is moving the head and neck in such a way that these underdeveloped tubes open up long enough to drain the fluids.

My oldest was on antibiotics from day 9. She had chronic ear infections until age 18 months when I took her to the Chiropracter. The Ped wanted to put tubes in. I didn't allow it. She didnt' need another way to let germs in!
The Chiro showed me that my DD's c1 and c2 were subluxated w/fluid collecting there. The area was swollen. Within 10 minutes of the adjustment w/takes almost no pressure, the swelling was gone.
Well, 2 weeks later, on a Saturday night she had a high fever. The ER confirmed double ear infection. I took her back to the Chiro on Monday. She got adjusted. I took her to the Ped on Tues and she confirmed that NO sign of infection was present. My daughter got adjusted weekly for a month and after that she never had another ear infection.
Everyone in my family gets adjusted. We are incredibly healthy. Find a good, gently Chiro.

this has happened to me many of times!
Ok the most cause is from (swimmers ear) that occurs when kids go under water and tilt there head to the side, then they ket the water get it and it inflames the inner ear. Best solution, mix (1/2)hydrogen peroxide and (1/2)vinegar --Then with a little dropper (forgot the name, sorry) squeeze about 3-4 drops into the ear. let it sit there for 5-10 minutes, repeat unitl gone! google it if you are unsure of me. AND LASTLY--EAR PLUGS WHILE IN WATER!

We are all exposed to viruses and bacteria all the time. Unless your son lives in a sterile hospital bubble there is no way you can prevent him from being exposed, no matter how clean you keep your home.
The good news is that exposure to "bugs" is the way that our immune system builds itself up to provide us protection as a healthy adult. In fact, recent studies are indicating that the reason that more and more people are suffering from allergies is because our modern hygienic environment keeps our immune systems from becoming as hearty.
So... the bottom line is that kids get sick from time to time. It's perfectly normal.
