I am not sure if this will help, When he says he will wipe away every tear, it means, when he comes again, it will be as if it never happened. All the pain, all the misery, will go away, as if it it never happened, all will go back to the beginning. I don't know if this person can understand this, but this is how I interpret this scripture to mean, every pain will be as if it never was.
Rev. 7:17
For the Lamb at the center of the throne will be their shepherd; he will lead them to springs of living water. And God will wipe away every tear from their eyes."
Revelation 7:16-17 (in Context) Revelation 7 (Whole Chapter)
Revelation 21:4
He will wipe every tear from their eyes. There will be no more death or mourning or crying or pain, for the old order of things has passed away."
Revelation 21:3-5 (in Context) Revelation 21 (Whole Chapter)
But Jesus said, Suffer little children, and forbid them not, to come unto me: for of such is the kingdom of heaven.
This is the one were I imagine Jesus embrassing me everytime I am deal with something someone does to me that reminds me of my past.
Matthew 19:13-15 (in Context) Matthew 19 (Whole Chapter)
But Jesus said, Suffer little children, and forbid them not, to come unto me: for of such is the kingdom of heaven.
Matthew 19:13-15 (in Context) Matthew 19 (Whole Chapter)

You could tell her that G-d had nothing to do with it. But she's going to feel this way no matter what. Bad things happen to people in this world constantly. She's not the first person to experience this, and she won't be the last. Getting angry at G-d is really just a way for her to avoid the reality of who she should be angry with. It's such an easy thing to do when you're in that kind of pain. Help her to focus on putting that jerk behind bars and doing everything in her power to be strong for her child. She's venting in the only direction she knows right now. She'll be okay. Just give her time.
And to the person whining about the Holocaust/Shoah...Get off her back you jerk! The woman's child was molested! She's frustrated and hurt, and is releasing that emotion in the only way she knows how right now. Pulling this BS guilt-trip on her is just making you look like a massive jerk.

You may wish to share 1 John 5:19
"the whole world is lying in the power of the wicked one."
Satan is responsible for such atrocities.
She should seek a religion that hi-lights John 17:15,16.

Its okay to be angry at God. He allows it and is not mad at your honesty. Read through the Psalms with her. There are some where the Psalmist praises God and then the next one will be angry at God. Consider Psalms 22 and 23!

First you need to pray for her and pray for GOD to give you the words to help her. If she doesn't know Christ this will be difficult. Praise the LORD.

Tell her that God isn't real, so this molestation was an unfortunate incident that could not have been prevented by supernatural means.
