Call an attorney. They can get a little ticket like that dismissed and you won't have to take defensive driving or pay a higher insurance premium.
My attorney got me out of a ticket for doing 120 in a 65.

Supposing it was not a highway...so imagining its in a town
where there are homes and business or even a
boulevard with lots of pedestrians and most of these
roads are narrow,,and hardly stop signs or lights,,
just thank goodness you did not get into an accident and you had to report it to your insurance then surely it would be
you would have to pay a higher price then just a ticket..
supposing each state has different rules on speed tickets
and how many times they reward you the chance to attend
those driving classes...and it took you a whole year to do it again step and think what caused you to speed and remember it takes but less then a second to get burned
in an explosion or singe your skin on a hot iron So
now you ask for what,,,So far so good
just stop identifying your self with the Ticket desk..
you will be waiting on a bus stop...remember no price is
worth your last breath or anyone Else's
you paid the ticket...to ride...and whom deserves to die,,
not you or anyone... Drive as like in formation
follow the traffic stay safe...you will be o.k/.

Use you cruise control whenever possible (foot off the gas). Leave about 10 minutes earlier so you don't feel rushed. Look ahead - try to reduce usage of brakes and save gas by coasting when you red lights a fair distance ahead instead of speeding up to them and jamming on the brakes. If you live in the hills, take your foot off the gas on the down-hill side. The easiest way out is to not constantly be on the police violation system as a violator. Be good for 3 years. Police are more likely to give you a warning than a ticket if don't show up on their check as having recent violations (might only get one warning in 2 or 3 years), and are not driving unsafely. Make sure you are driving safe. This mean tell other people around you what you are doing by using signal lights, changing lanes slowly, keeping towards the right or center lane when not passing, and driving cooperatively - not trying to pass everything on the road but not obstructing traffic flow - go the same speed as the traffic around you. You won't be signaled out as one of these aggressive drivers that cops love to ticket.

The laws vary from state to state. You need to check with your local DMV or Justice of the Peace to find out what the requirements are for your state in regards to traffic school and whatnot.
Sorry, wish I could be of more help!

It depends on your state laws. If your in say Texas your on the edge of getting it or getting screwed.
Research your state laws on taking a driving course to remove a ticket. Or you can always negotiate with the prosecutor before court to eliminate the ticket for say a fine, community service, donation of cash to the district, etc.
I've gotten everything thrown out.
The easiest way to avoid those nasty tickets is to slow down say 5 mph from what you've been doing and you wouldn't have a problem.

Depends on state laws. In CA the state law is 18 months before you can go to traffic school again. So if you're in CA, you're SOL.

I have paid a lawyer to get these tickets changed to non-moving violations. Most courts will work with them to do this for a price.
