I get nutty with my tuna sandwiches.....
Add dijon mustard, shredded cheese, crumbled crackers or potato chips, diced red onion, a little oil and vinegar, Crystal hot sauce or Tiger Sauce, oregano, and pickles. If they're on hand, use some chopped hard boiled egg as well. Enjoy!

It depends on what you already did/do. For a good tuna salad, add dill or crushed tarragon, chopped celery, grated or finely chopped onion, and a spoonful of sweet pickle relish, and mayo, a little s&p. But there are many ways to get creative with tuna salad. Add some chopped walnuts, finely chopped green peppers, or red peppers, a little parsley, etc., etc. You could even mix the mayo with a little ketchup to make a Russian type dressing/mixture to make the salad with.

a dash of tabasco always spices things up especially sandwiches.. or add some spice and stuff to the dressing like mustard, chopped onions, cumin, curry etc. make small batchers so that you don't get stuck with alot of tuna mayo that you don't like. Experimenting with different tastes is half the fun.. the other half is the eating..

add a teaspoon of asian sesame dressing or miso salad dressing to the mayo, basically any flavor of salad dressing. You'll have a new flavor every time!!! I love to add my favorite cheese, cut back on the mayo you mix in, spread a little mayo on the outside of each slice then grill it in a small frying pan. My sons favorite is to add fresh or dried dill to the mayo. mmmmm making me hungry ;-) Enjoy all the great ideas.

Add a little sweet pickle relish, or put dill pickles on the sandwich. You could also add a little mustard when you mix the tuna salad.

Chiili peppers; the fat in the mayo will lessen their sting slightly so it makes them easier to eat raw ! Yum !

I take it you are talking "tinned" with it being for a sandwich :
White pepper and vinegar.
Mayonnaise and cucumber.
Sweetcorn and salad cream.
Black pepper and thick double cream.
Oregano oil with green pepper.
Mayonnaise with tiny red & green chillies chopped finely.
Alongside fresh salad with new potatoes and crusty fresh bread for a healthy lunch. Good Luck..........xxx

Add a touch of lime juice, a touch of cider vinegar and a good sprinkling of fresh ground black pepper. Also best on really tasty wholegrain bread.
