It was in the car over night. Temps didn't get high. Could I get sick from eating it?

You might not die but you could get sick. Bacteria start to multply unless the temp is cold like a refrigerator. I guess if you left it in a car during freezing weather you might have a better chance of not getting sick.

Yes, you could. On the other hand you might not.
If you do risk it and you get ill you will have violent diarrohea and possibly sweats and vomiting.
Is it worth the Taco?

yes you could get sick (food Poisoning) but chances are if you have a good imune system you just might get mild stomache cramps or something
