I am speaking in front of a class and am stuck on a topic. What are you dealing with today that you need some solution to?

It refers to the mental changes caused by hormonal imbalance during menstruation. I do not believe this hadith to be true and if so, it must be taken in the context in which it was said. 75% of women have PMS of some sort. Alhemdulillah, it doesn't affect me very much...I am one of the most calm, cool, collected person there can be. So I would not want to be grouped into an overly emotional group. However, many women are emotional. Is that bad? Not necessarily. Allahu'alam. Salam.

I fell asleep on the couch last night with the phone still in my hand and a plate of garlic bread on my chest... woke up at 4:30 and went to bed- where the cat tried to turn me into her own personal jungle gym. After a half an hour of this and then her howling outside my bedroom door I finally got to sleep long enough to get up at 7:30.
