Nature's Own has a bread called Double Fiber (I've only been able to find it at Wal-mart), which has 5 grams of fiber per slice. That's the most I've seen in any bread.

Also, many fruits (apples, berries, pears, avocados) vegetable (beans, peas, artichoke, pumpkin, broccoli) and nuts (walnuts, almonds, peanuts) are high in fiber.

Don't forget oatmeal, brown rice and whole-wheat pastas!

Check out a web site, such as fitday.com for nutritional info on LOTS of foods.

I'm surprised a diet like that wouldn't give you a food list to choose from.

Put your search engine to work and look up high fiber foods. ☺ Here's one list I found for you http://www.mayoclinic.com/health/high-fiber-foods/NU00582
