I accidentally got frostbite (from holding a DustOff can upside down) on a small area next a mole on my arm. About a week later, the top brown layer of the mole fell off... Will I get staff infection?

Not likely if you keep the area clean and use perhaps an antibiotic cream. Using freezing to remove moles and even some skin cancers is quite common. Generally an area is quick frozen with dry ice and the growth can simply be flicked away afterward.

You wont get staff unless you are exposed to it. Hopefully you put some antibiotic ointment on the spot.
