As Jesus was the founder of the Christian church, he would have been the first Christian. He was born a Jew, and functioned in the role of a teacher (or in Hebrew "rabbi"), but did not hold that title official with any of the Jewish schools.
As he is present in every one of our services, he is not only welcome, but requested to attend my church.

CHRISTian. He was a Jew and died a Jew. He is what Christianity is all about. Following the new path that he laid out. The kingdom of god was no longer for the jewish people only, the jews after all denied Jesus and had him killed. He then opened up the Kingdom to all. Jews and Gentiles. They just have to follow his steps closely. i.e. be a CHRISTian.

All people are welcome in church, especially Jewish people. Most Christians, the smart ones anyway, understand that the Jewish people are the original founders of Christianity. All of the apostles, who wrote the bible are Jewish. As for myself I love Jewish people the bible tells me they are God's chosen people. Christians read and believe the old testament which is a Jewish text.

I believe that Jesus Christ was the son of God and died for our sins, and am a follower of the teachings of Jesus Christ. Others who believe this are "Christ"ians, hence the definition of the term. Jesus is more than welcome in my church, and is there with us every time we assemble for mass.

Jesus was the Christ of the Jews. All who follow him are Christians (Christ's ones). You can be ethnically Jewish or not. But Judaism as it was know before Christ has essentially come to an end because we are under a new covenant and current Jewry rejects the Christ (not all of course, but as a category).

WTF?
Jesus is the Son of God. If you want to think of it that way, think of him as a Jew for Jesus....considering that the Church Fathers were jews, I doubt this is a problem.

No, the Christian religion didn't begin until after Jesus died, rose, and went to Heaven. Christianity was originally a denomination of Judiasm. Yes, Jesus would be welcome in my church as all are welcome.
