Okay so I am talking to this guy... we have been talking for about a month now.... we do things couples do.... but he is not my boyfriend. He tells me he is scared bc his last relationship was BAD... but I don't know if he is just saying that... Is he useing me?

I hate to say this but it sounds as though you are only a bootie call to him and nothing more . dont do anything with him for awhile and then you will see .

Geez-o-Pete! You've only known the guy for a month! What!?! - you're trying to jump his bones and he said no? Or, he wants to jump yours but doesn't want to commit? Or you want a commitment and he just wants to do you?
I don't think you're clear enough on the situation for anyone to really comment. Besides, knowing someone for a month (as you said you are "just talking" - unless that's the latest slang for banging each other ) I would just drop it and talk.
Who knows, maybe he is a nice guy and really did have a bad relationship. I can't see how he's using you if all you're doing is talking... ahem... that IS all you're doing, right?

It's obvious, he don't want to develop a relationship with you ; at least not at this time. You have to realize " all wounds need time to heal ." and " a relationship isn't created within a month ". If you allow him to dismiss his existing emotions from the previous relationship , then your destination will be successful with out " baggage ". Rather than make rash decisions, keep and open mind....

No, he's not using you. It sounds like he's been straight up with you from the get go.
But since he's not ready for a relationship, guard your heart.

he uses this excuse to get your sympathy... and yet get to be like a couple with you. that is bad.
for u, its either u wait for him to recover... which goodness knows when... or just go along with it which u also might get hurt in the process...

Dont give him anything for awhile,guess you will find out.Maybe he was hurt and hes scared it will happen again.Reasure him.

Just don't do anything with him, don't give him any ....
If he's just using you, he will ask you for it... If not, then you're "SAFE"
