No. You must make a beginning somewhere. Give up the junk food by finding healthier replacements such as rotisserie chicken & whole grain toast with jam. Just try to introduce some walking into your daily routine then build as you feel more energetic - and you will.

C'mon...what do you think? Don't ask a question that has an obvious answer. If you don't want to be obese, suck it up and start a program....show you have some willpower and that you care about your health. Go to www.thebiggestloser.com. It might help motivate you.

you're not looking at your obesity issue as a whole picture. clearly, you think that being over-weight is enough of a problem that you would consider losing weight and getting healthy. no one ever said losing weight would be easy. if you're losing weight is for the better of your health, then you need to realize that it is worth compromising and changing your eating habits.

losing weight is not something you can achieve overnight. exercising will increase your metabolism and increase your cardio strength. as for the fatty and not-so-nutritious foods, cut down on them...WAY DOWN! you can have them from time to time but in moderate proportions.
