There are tons of events that the human mind can not explain. If they are ALL God's will or not, we will have to wait just like you to find out.

Peace be with you.

There are many events that simply defy explanation. However, just because I cannot explain them, doesn't mean that God does not know exactly what is going on at the time.

Not everything that happens is "God's will", that is just plain silly talk. Man has a free will to choose. Many times our bad decisions cause others pain. We also live in a world of sin and entropy, so sickness and disease will continue to spread until sin is dealt with in Revelation.

But through it all, we can weather the storms and winds. This world is temporary, and our lives even more so. Eternity is forever, and God has provided a Way to it, with 100% assurance of salvation.

Regardless of what goes on in this world God is in control and God knows what is happening. In the Garden man chose the devil and God has let man have the devil for a long time now. Satan can do nothing without the Lord allows it. God does tell us "if you'll do this, I'll do this." The horrible thing is that we sin and don't listen to God. So then we must say all have sinned and fallen short of the glory of God and what happens on this earth we deserve. We certainly don't deserve eternal life, but Jesus came to give that to us as a gift.

Already said, but it's my take, too -- many things defy explanation, but nothing is outside the realm of G-d's power.

if something is not Gods will then that defies explanation in that all is Gods will except that something he cant control or exert his will on will defy explanation.

When we say it was :"G-d's will" we are referring to the inexplicable (in human terms). We believe that G-d created the world and set it in motion. We also believe he gave us free will to choose good or ill. Nature, as one of G-d's creations, is a known force with unpredictable (to us humans) outbursts. Anything that men do to each other is a choice made by at least one of them.
