This is what I wrote back. Thought it would be helpful to my brethren.
"We believe in the one true God. Because of the fall of man, man fell into a state of sin. God cannot look upon sin, therefore He could not look upon us.
Mankind is not able to reach God. God then devised a plan to provide a bridge between Him and man.

God, by His own spirit, inpregnated a young virgin so that He could become both man and God. He did this so that He could speak to us and so that He could provide the ultimate sacrifice.
That man-God was/is called Jesus.

God said 'whosoever believes on Him, shall not perish but have everlasting life'

Now, through Jesus, we can again connect with God. Jesus is the doorway to heaven, our translator.

Finding Him is simple. You just ask Him. You tell him you realize you are a sinner. You ask His forgiveness. You ask Him to come into your life and take over. Then you find a Bible and you read it.

If you cannot get a Holy Bible, I will send one.

To my brethren: rise above the heathen responses. Lead and do not follow.

In response to ryleebuchanan. Actually there is only one command from God, that we accept and believe on His Son and we shall not perish.
Baptism was taught by Paul. We do it as an outward show, of what has happened inside. Baptism is not a requirement.

It sounds like you gave a great answer to me; you gave them the gospel or good news that we are connected to God through Christ. The only other suggestion I can give is to intercede for that person before any response. If that person is dealing with something particular that God needs you to be a vessel and help them with, you will be led to say or do exactly what God needs you to say or do to reach that person. May God continue to bless you for your faith and works.

Very good, but... baptism is necessary for the redemption of of sins. Simply accepting Jesus does not mean you are forgiven. Simply believing does not forgive you. You must read, accept the invitation God gives you: confess that Jesus is the son of God, be baptised for the remission of your sins and live in accordance of God's word.

Just the idea "I am a sinner" is the separation from God. Life "IS" everlasting yet when we identify ourselves as sinners, we have looked away from Life and are looking at "the death". Life is everyones possession but we never look close enough at the Life to get past the story placed upon IT.

I tell them go to Judy's bookshop. She has a vast array of books on the topics that interest you ( and a few like mills and boon, which might be of interest to the Missus)
Don't worry if Judy doesn't have it in stock she is more than happy to order it in for you. No deposit required.
Even if you don't want anything in particular, come in for a chat and a cup of tea. Bring your own biscuits, Judy has a sneaking suspicion that some ( unnamed ) staff member is helping themselves.

I show them that the key is to accept Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior for the remission of sin.

Acts 16:30-31
“Sirs, what must I do to be saved?”
“Believe on the Lord Jesus Christ, and you will be saved...”

Romans 10:9-10
If you confess with your mouth the Lord Jesus and believe in your heart that God has raised Him from the dead, you will be saved. For with the heart one believes unto righteousness, and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation.

No works. No payment. Christ did it all on the cross.

Titus 3:5
Not by works of righteousness which we have done, but according to his mercy he saved us.

2 Timothy 1:9
Who hath saved us, and called us with an holy calling, not according to our works, but according to his own purpose and grace, which was given us in Christ Jesus before the world began

I would send a bible, a copy of Darwin's Origin of Species, a copy of the God Delusion, a copy of God is not Great: How Religion Poisons Everything and I would let them decide on their own.

no amount of praying or memorizing quotes from the bible will make him notice you faster.
