Specifically, for women over 40, how do you look at sex differently than you did in your youth - how have your motives, interests, attitudes changed?

I'm 40, and I enjoy it more now. I have far less inhibitions and hangups than I did when I was younger.

When I have sex now it is more on an emotional level vs. just a sexual feeling of pleasure. I think that as time goes by we understand that sex is important but it dosent become such a focus point in our lives, it because a part of the relationship. When I was younger sex was just that sex.
