Oh I know exactly what you mean, for me it is creamed corn and wheat bread, the combination of these two always reminds me of my grandfather he died 46 years ago and even the smell of those two things together brings back a flood of sweet memories. Thanks and coffee and homemade bread sounds heavenly.

Mine would be smelling the sweet Maple syrup boiling, getting it ready to pour over snow to make toffee.
Drinking a pink Cream Soda! And the smell of Flintstones vitamins!

I didn't spend very much time w/ my grandparents when I was little but the smell of homemade tortillas and tortilla dough reminds me of when I was little and used to roll them w/ my own little mini roller when my mom or dad made tortillas. My cousin used to do it w/ me too. I miss that.

My grandfather was the best Cajun cook. He'd make pork roast, rice & gravy, rice dressing, boudin, and hog's head cheese. It was the best food ever and I can't find anyone who can cook like him. And I also miss their thick Cajun accent. 2D

Well, it's not a food but TANG brings fond memories of my childhood. I loved drinking TANG while playing Nintendo or with my Rainbow Brite toys.
