Decreased blood circulation, colder body temperature, clammy hands, shallow breathing, weak/fast pulse.
Basically, when your body goes into shock, it starts to shut down everything that isn't necessary - like your limbs, etc, and it gets worse from there.

The blood pressure falls and barely sufficient or insufficiant amounts of blood, oxygen and glucose are carried to the various cells of the body. Carbon dioxide accumulates. Organ failure (brain, heart, kidney, liver, etc.) ensues.

drop in blood pressure causing coldness, clammy skin rapid/shallow breathing. Blueness around extremities. nausea vomiting lack of control of the gut. rapid/weak pulse low volume outlet of blood, shut down of vital organs and totally unaware of surroundings.
