Within the time frame that is allowed by God. Matt.24:3,14,36-38;
The bible gives all but the day and the hour 1Thes.5:1-9,21;

The time frame is from Adam to his first coming [ that was in Rome world Empire #6, prophecy is based on world history, Daniel is a good source
of before Messiah, Emmanuel or Christ the anointed of God, to all the time
after to his scond coming in prophecy, most of it is real time ], from his first coming to his second coming and the time frame is right so far.

I do not know why people avoid this time frame, it may be because so many have had it wrong in the past and that is because they missed a vital point and a real reason why the time frame is as it is and what it means.

Example: Satan has a time limit, Job 2:1,2; here he is about 714 years after the flood. Matt.4:1-11; Here he is when Jesus is age 30. Michael of Jude 9;
in Dan.12:1-13; end time, at Rev,12:3,4,6-11,12; will cast Satan down to the footstool earth and while he has a short time, Rom.16:20; the apostles are raised up so that Satan is under their feet, John 6:39,40,44; 14:3; Satan and 1/3 unholy angel down and a place is prepared so that they are with Jesus on down to the end of this short time when 1Thes.4:15-17; the caught up are to be with Jesus Mark 13:17; Jesus is preparing the heavenly body Rev.3:12; Heb.12:22-24; to be with him at his second coming to put Satan in the pit Rev.20:1-6,12,13; and reign 1000 years 1Cor.15:22-28,51-53; 2Pet.3:13; Rev.21:1-5; to make all things as new as before Eden.

what's usually universal of as Easter, is somewhat a seasonal Jewish dinner celebration suggested as Passover. Biblically Jesus will come back at "the 2d coming". it ought to or won't coincide with a Jewish dinner celebration, yet Passover has been fulfilled already. His return would be on the tip of a 7 12 months tribulation. it incredibly is now 2010.. so via means of counting on my own, it would could desire to be the 12 months 2017. i'm in basic terms asserting that to point out that there is not any tribulation happening now, and the 12 months 2012 may well be too quickly. i'm not making any predictions of while Jesus will return.

"Truly I say to you, this generation will not pass away until all things take place. Heaven and earth will pass away, but My words will not pass away." (NAS, Luke 21:32-33)

"And this gospel of the kingdom shall be preached in the whole world for a witness to all the nations, and then the end shall come." (NAS, Matthew 24:14)

"No one knows about that day or hour, not even the angels in heaven, nor the Son, but only the Father. Be on guard! Be alert! You do not know when that time will come." (NIV, Mark 13:32-33)

So you also must be ready, because the Son of Man will come at an hour when you do not expect him. (NIV, Matthew 24:43-44)

P.S. The resurrection is not the second coming. That was just the resurrection. The second coming (or the final coming) is done after the gospels are talked to the whole world.

It is only known to God, as mankind was never told when he would come. In the Qur'an, God did mention signs before the second coming of Jesus. As far as I can think, he won't be coming for the next couple of decades to the very least.

Jesus said no one knows the exact "day and hour" but I believe it is near.

Apart from the prophecies of Daniel 2 and the prophecies of Jesus in Matthew 24, I believe God has allotted 6000 years for the reign of sin in this world. I believe this because throughout history God tried to teach the children of Israel about the value of seventh day, seventh year etc. Six days of work followed by a day of rest. Six years the land was to be cultivated followed by one year of rest. Six years a slave had to work and freed on the seventh year. So, six millennia of sin followed by one millennium of rest (Rev. 20:3,7). When exactly those 6000 years will come to an end we do not know since we do not know when Adam and Eve fell. For that matter we don't know exactly when they were placed in the garden. But it is near.

Add to this the dwindling resources of this earth, global warming, population increase, fundamentalism, terrorism, nuclear weapons (of course, they will not cause the end) etc. and the world is ready for the end.

The scripture says that Christ will certainly come again a second time. II Pet 3:10 reads "But the day of the Lord will come as a thief in the night; in which the heaven will pass away with a great noise and the element shall melt with fervent heat.......

The scriptures also says from I Thessalonians 3:16 that for the Lord Himself shall descend from heaven with a shout, with the voice of the archangel, and with the trump of God and the dead in Christ shall rise first.

I,m strongly encouraging you to prepare for Christ's coming by surrendering your life to him and accepting Him into your life as your Lord and Saviour.

Jesus tells you in the bible.

"There are some standing here which shall not taste death till the Son of Man comes into His kingdom." – Matthew 16.28

I guess he was wrong, since everyone he was speaking to has died.

Suppose you order a pizza, and after an hour or 2 it still hasn't come. Eventually you come to the realization that it's NOT coming. Churches will disagree, and pass the offering plate.

You need to read "Jesus Goes To Hollywood," William Bramley. It gives a good picture of what the PR folks would do to him if he did come back. Beyond the fictional nonsense there are some wonderful in depth theological facts.

No one knows. In the New Testament Jesus says his return will be like the thief in the night, that we must be prepared at any moment. One of the more harrowing parables tells the tale of the foolish bridesmaids, who awaiting the groom, don't bring enough oil for their lamps. Of the ten who await him, five are bereft and their lamps go out. When the groom shows up, the five foolish maidens are left outside the banquet hall, never to be invited in.
If anyone says they know the day, (s)he is lying.

No one knows, it is to be when NO ONE is even thinking about it, but, before that, there is to be 7 years of tribulation. These 7 years is God's last attempt to make the everyone believe He really does exist. But, no one knows when these are either. They are not going to be peaceful years, I can say that. But if you want to know more, try reading Revelation. He will come back, at the end of those 7 years, to take His bride, the church, to be with Him. :)
