1972 Bombardier SW48FA with a Ford 6 cyl (250 or 300 c.i.?).?

Someone took the distributor out and I'm tasked with the reassembly. The manuals are in French, so no help. I need the timing specs and the distributor point gap setting for this engine.

All inline sixs have the same fire order, 153624, 240/300 rotates clockwise, the 250 has the integral intake and is more rounded. the 300 unbolts and is squarish looking.

the point gap is 0.025in set the timing at 6-9 BTDC
