You are asking a very generalized question. What I look for a woman is going to differ from the next guy. Just because one man may not fancy you doesn't mean the next one would turn you down.
That being said. I look for my ladies to be attract me both mentally, spiritually as well as physically. I look for a woman to be positive, interesting, intelligent, and good natured. If she is none of those things that I mentioned, I don't want her around. I don't care if she looks like Jessica Alba or she is a freak in the bedroom.
Being that I am a little older and mature, I have learned over 20 years of dating what I really want in a woman. A younger man would be content on having any woman that they think is a hottie, but I want someone who has substance in their lives. The beauty will fade over time, the content of her character remains.

Depends what I'm after. If sex, then the usual physical attributes, nice breasts, bum, pretty, etc etc. But I never am :P I always go for personality. Out of the, oooo, 8 or so exes I've had, only 2 of them could be classed as 'hot' - the others could just make me laugh, or made me happy, or whatever. Personality is key, trust me.

depends on what i am looking for.....if you mean for a relationship she has to be smart, funny, easy going...hate the drama, fun and good looking. If I am looking for a hook up I look for a sexy attitude, great legs, hot body
