My mind is loving all evil, my heart filled with hatred, feels like I'm slowly turning more evil everyday, I'm getting desires to blasphemy the holy spirit, and done it many times by calling it evil, and its like i cant feel love anymore. I am dead to God.

I am no authority on God, but I think the fact that you are even worried about your mental and spiritual state says a lot. MY own opinions about God makes this a very hard question to attempt to answer but, God cannot be dead in you because your thoughts are with him.
