Use Google images, and look up "eagle nebula pillars". Click on some of the pictures and look at them. Do you see all of those sparks floating around it? Those are actually clusters of stars, millions of times as large as our sun. Imagine how huge they are! Light, which travels at over 186,000 miles per SECOND, takes years to travel from one end of the pillars to the other.
Doesn't it make you amazed at how small we are in comparison? Imagine those sparkling star clusters as atoms, or, imagine the countless atoms inside of our own bodies as stars and galaxies. Imagine how colossal humans are!
I'm sure I bored most of you. I'm not exactly a poet. But I hope some of you felt the same I thing I felt.

Do you want to know what's really amazing? I was reading about the Eagle Nebula Pillars, also known as the Pillars of Creation, when I learned that they are gone. Long toppled by the shock wave from a star which exploded over 6000 years ago, what we are seeing is a glimpse back in time, the ghost of something which no longer exists.
I'm sorry for not having a link. This is just something I read on Yahoo! News a few months ago.

What I find even more amazing, is out of all the wonders you are talking about, it was made for our eyes, to enjoy. Those who say life simply ed evolved, forget what you said, how long it takes just for the light to reach us, so if there was life evolving there, it would be MUCH older than us, and so obvious. But in reality, God made it for us. That's awesome

I certainly agree.
I wish I could travel out there.
It isn't like I can just build a boat and go sailing out there.

it amazes me on how big we are, if life in us is the same life that is giving birth to those stars..right now then we are a part of that birth.
it amazes me on how those gas clouds look like [human female Fallopian tubes]
