During the summer I only wear sandals and flip flops so my feet can breath. Now with the colder weather upon us I've been trying to wear socks again with my sneakers and my feet are itching uncontrobably. What can I do so my feet don't itch so bad and get through the day with socks on? And I don't have athelet's foot or some type of fungus on my feet either.

It could be athletes foot or some type of other fungal condition. Manuka Honey has natural healing and antifungal properties. Honeymark makes an Anti-Fungal solution that's made with Manuka Honey. Look here: http://www.honeymarkproducts.com/index.asp?PageAction=VIEWPROD&ProdID=5

You might be allergic to your laundry detergent, or the material used in your socks. Or there might even be something wrong with your sneakers- in which case your best bet is to get a new pair.

If that doesn't work, and you can't find a lotion or salve to relieve the itch, see a dermatologist.

Good luck!

Wear 100% white cotton socks(sometimes its the dye).. if when they are new they don't cause the itch.. then it might be the detergeant or fabric softner when you wash them. Try a free and clear detergeant all the brands have that type now.

You could be allergic to the material that your socks are made of? Or the washing solution you wash your socks in. The feet are very sensitive body parts! x
