You can say :
Sometimes, I can be a nervous person, sometimes not. Depend of the situation. If the situation is free, like my family I can be an active-talker person. On the other hand, I can be a nervous person if my environment also nervous.
Actually, we have some problems. So, it's my experience.
Try it!!!! Good luck...

Yea I'm like that 2. With people I don't know I'm very quiet around them. I usually describe myself as a "talk when spoken 2" sort of person.

Unless the person that's asking is a family member. I would answer "no I'm not"

I used to be, but not anymore. I did'nt want to be nervous always, so when i came to realise we've all got our hangups, you realise you don't have to be nervous. Try and practice to be the best you can. x x Ps. No don't tell them you're nervous, just train yourself and in time you'll get really confident.
