I went on a date on tuesday called the girl up on wensday to tell her i would be gone for a couple of days to a wedding and i will posibly be bacxk next tuesday if she would like to gert together again, we had a great date filled with laughter, walk down by the beach, and some ice cream spilliage , was it to soon to call her yesterday

no it wasnt to soon,hubby(when we were dating) used to bring me home and like 20 minutes later call

Definatley not, especially as you are going away for a few days it was important to speak and not just not make contact for a while. It sounds like you had fun so I am sure that she was happy that you got in touch. Leave it now till you are back though and then suggest another date you will soon know whether she is as keen as you or not. Good luck.

Nope, you did a great thing letting her know what was going on! If you hadn't called and you would have went away she would have thought you were not interested. Regardless about what others say, waiting to call is just dreadful for both parties. I'm sure she appreciated it and understood that you liked her!

thats good because now she has time to think about her feelings towards you, without wondering why you arent returning her calls that week (cause you thoughtfully let her know before hand). YOu also gave her a clue that maybe you are ready to keep it going and that's good so she doesn't lose interest. Well done and best of luck :)

No. It shows you are interested. Women don't really like the 3 day rule. It's annoying and immature. You did the right thing by explaining you have plans, and that you would like to see her again. Nothin wrong with that!! What did she say when you asked her out again????

There's a fine line between showing interest, and unhealthy obsession / stalking behavior. Sounds to me like you're straddling the line quite well so far. It was OK to call her.

I think that was a good thing. If you like her and you want to call her than why not call. If she is into games about when or when not to call, you will soon tire of her anyway.

Not at all. I think it was much preferable to calling her a week later, when you got back. Plus, it shows you had a good time, and if she accepted I gather she probably did too :)
