We have a treadmill & some free weights. I really like to run, always have. I also have always liked working with free weights because you can feel the muscle you are working getting stronger. I also do yoga. Right now I use the free weights & treadmill M-W-F. I do yoga Tue-Thurs. I like the variety of different methods of exercise - it doesn't feel like the same routine. I have been on the treadmill & using free weights for almost two years off & on. (We spent some time out of the country & we had a major move.) Once you get past the physical tiredness when you begin a regular routine, the energy boost you get from it is soooo worth the time you put into it.

Yes I do because I want to be healthy and look good.
I run 5 miles a day, 5 times a week and I lift weights for an hour 3 days a week. I've been doing this routine since I got out of high school (2 years).

Yes i workout atleast 5 days a week. I use my treadmill and my elliptical and I do turbojam.
the treadmill i've been using for 9 years, the elliptical 4 months and I love it and turbo jam 3 weeks and I also love it.
The turbojam gets my heart rate up and it isn't boring to do and the time just flies by and I'm noticing more definition in my arms, abs and legs so I would recommend doing turbojam it's like teabo but more entertaining then billy blank's video workouts.

Yes! It makes me feel so much better! It gives me more energy and relieves stress. I like doing cardio and strength training. All different types. Cardio- dance, jogging outside or inside on treadmill, areobics, kickboxing. Strength- weight training, pilates, yoga. I excersise at least 15 to 20 min in the morning and 30 to 45 in the evening.
