He is keeping two households?
He HAS to provide for you, and he thinks you are stuck with him. But he has to IMPRESS her. So you will get as little as possible to give him as much as possible to use to keep her. Its going to stay that way as long as he thinks that you are stuck with him no matter how he treats you.

It will change when his legal family says "we are leaving". Either he will change the balance in order to keep you, or he wont care. Either way, in my opinion you would be better off.

I am taking it that your father has got remarried. I know how you feel on that one. While I am an adult and do not live with neither parents I feel bad for my Mother. My mother kissed my Dad's butt when they were married and he treated her like dirt. Now he is remarried and this woman does not treat him half as good as my mother did, he treats her so much better. Now my mother is having to struggle while my step mother acts like she is made of gold. She acts like my Dad is just a money pit. That is the only reason she even went out with him, because she found out he had money. There is not much you can do about it, but talk to your Dad and let him know how you feel. This will still not change any thing though

At the end he is your father, excuse him for a moment.
He might be selfish nowadays trying to bring up a new family. He is supposed to keep in bringing you up with his new project. just give him little time before you stand and ask for your rights. He is human like you are and he deserves good moments in his life as you deserve, but it can sometime take a little effort from him to adjust the situation to benefit all of you. Give him another chance and show some lenity and don't ever give up.
