I have a little black broken heart on my left hip, done on 10/11/06 after i got out of a bad relationship.
It reminds me of what can happen if I don't protect my heart.
On 9/20/07 I got a little tattoo on my right hip that reminds me of home. It's the initials of my hometown [MH] & I got it because no matter what, I want to remember where I came from. I love this place and everything in it and I want to have the memories with me forever.
I'm also enlisting in the military so it would be nice to bring a piece of home that they can't take away from me no matter what. It's written on my skin and they can't change it.

Well, for my most recent tale, I used to be prompted by means of television. Normally television evokes me in any case. But this one is one-of-a-kind. I used to be looking Terra Nova on Tv, and despite the fact that it wasn't that best of a exhibit, I nonetheless noticed the expertise in it. And then I determined that writing a unique with dinosaurs might be so cool, and whatever so not like whatever I've ever performed earlier than. So then I introduced into all this making plans with some of these one-of-a-kind characters, and it used to be going to take location within the jungle with dinosaurs. Then I endured the making plans procedure and rewrote outlines. Then I began, and wrote a horrible commencing I ended up scrapping. And now I've bought the notion down. And the humorous factor is, dinosaurs don't seem to be even a side of it anymore. So the item that particularly prompted this novel, does not even exist within the novel anymore. It does nonetheless, nonetheless, take location within the jungle, however the notion is just about entirely one-of-a-kind from the long-established prompted notion.

since march of 2006 i have gotten three tattoos. the first one is a koi. i'm asian so i decided to go with that theme. i had wanted one for probably three years or more. they symbolize good luck. they struggle up the waterfall of life and once they reach the top (heaven) they turn into a dragon. lotus flowers also are considered to be lucky and they also struggle up from the bottom to surface in the water and are so beautiful once they emerge. after that was completed i felt like i needed more so my artist suggested that i make it a full back piece. i have since gotten a sea turtle and some more lotus flowers and lava rocks. the sea turtle to me represents wisdom and age and just graceful beauty.
the next tattoo i got is a skull on the top of my right foot, not to be morbid or "trendy" but because it conveys the raw emotion that i felt when my coach in high school was murdered. and also when a friend in college died in a car wreck. i never got to really say goodbye to either of those people. so the skull is a memorial to them and it is to remind me that death is just around the corner and i should make every minute count.
my newest tattoo is on top of my left foot. it is in honor of my family heritage. my mom was born in korea but never knew her birth mother because of... racism basically. so i got a takeout box with traditional korean art on and around it. and i got a fortune cookie because i love them so much. this tattoo means the world to me because it is a part of me, my mother and my grandmother whom i have never met.

I have a stargazer lily on each shoulder for innocense. They were the first ones I had done, so it seemed fitting.
I have a nautical star (laugh if you must) in between the lillies to represent my family and home. The star has gladiolas (birth-flower of my mom), daffodils (birth-flower of my brother and sister, and Indian jasmine (health and happiness) worked into the points.
