I'd say she's about 5 weeks at the most.

5-6 weeks. Old enough for regular kitten food, maybe moisten dry food with a little water, but you shouldn't need milk replacer anymore.
It is time to go ahead and get to the vet for deworming, first round of shots, etc. At least within the next 2-3 weeks at most. Dewormer would be great now, but most people start vaccinations at about 8 weeks. The scheduling on that works out perfectly so that the last set of boosters fall when they're old enough for the rabies shot....
But anyway, got a little off track there. Such a cute baby!

She looks about 7-10 weeks old. That should work.

I'd say 4-6 weeks. How cute!!!
By the way you MUST take her to the vet for de-worming.
